FreeWill Service

We've teamed up with solicitors across the UK to provide a FreeWill Service – allowing everyone over 55 the chance to create or update their existing Will.

The majority of people who use the FreeWill Service leave a gift in their Will to Cancer Research UK. There's no obligation to do so, but we very much hope you'll use this opportunity to help us beat cancer.

How the FreeWill Service works

  • Call us on 0300 123 1862 to find your nearest participating solicitor 
  • Or create your Will online using one of our three service providers below.
  • Follow the instructions and check terms and conditions below before creating your Will online.

Instructions

  • In order to create your Will for free please enter the voucher code for the solicitor of your choice (see codes above) and proceed to checkout.
  • Register your details and create your Will.
  • For Nelsons and Legal365 please choose either a "Comprehensive Will for a married person or civil partner" or  a "Comprehensive Will for an unmarried person

Terms and conditions

  • You must be over 55.
  • The service is subject to a maximum agreed limit, please check with your solicitor. Please note that Cancer Research UK has agreed a reduced rate for online Wills with the participating solicitors.
  • It is a condition of the FreeWill Service that the solicitor provides Cancer Research UK with the following client information: name and address, date of birth and details of legacy to Cancer Research UK (if any).
